REPORTING OF DELEGATES AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS:
A template has been provided to each county to allow for reporting the delegates, alternates and committee members and alternates to the IDP and to the Second District. We all would appreciate having each county complete and send the information to the IDP and to our Second District Secretary as soon as possible after the county conventions. Remember, the reporting is not automatic; it requires that someone send the information to us to allow us to have the information. District information should be sent directly to Judy Stevens at email@example.com.
